Scenario 7 – Marshall Islands
Part 2: Eniwetok and Parry Islands:
Eniwetok is the South Island and Parry is the North Island.
Both islands fell very quickly with minimum casualties. I lost one platoon on the flank at Eniwetok to concentrated Japanese counter-attacks.
My campaign in the Marshalls mirrored the rapid success the US Marines, Army and Navy had in the Marshall Islands. Next target – Saipan.
