Battle for WesnothCivil disobedience... in the years following the ascension of Konrad to the throne, things went awry in the border provinces. Local townspeople rose up against an increasingly corrupt rule, and eventually a civil war breaks out, fought over the same grounds as Konrad's rebellion years before The Battle for Wesnoth is a free, open-source fantasy wargaming engine with a huge community of scenario writers/designers. If you haven't tried it... you should!
