Name that movie

After a very interesting conversation with some co-workers today, I got inspired to start a thread about guess that movie. Post a picture depicting a scene in a movie and see if anyone can guess what movie it came from.

I'll start, and remember, no fair peeking at the image properties. You either know these or you don't, I'll trust you to play fairly.

The face looks familiar but I've no clue other than the film looks to be set in the 70's or 80's so I'm going to guess "Play Misty for Me". :-\
