It’s still in pre-release, but Brant got his hooks into an ‘alpha’ copy of Steamcraft.

It’s a complete-in-a-box deck builder that’s coming soon to a Kickstarter near you

Not too much in an ‘alpha’ box – not even the rules!  I mean, when they’re getting tweaked like mad during wider testing, it makes sense to just keep them online for players.

The art isn’t quite as “steampunky” as some might prefer, especially with the simpler white boxes at the bottom.  But it’s clear and easy to play with, and remember, it’s still in development.

Some of the art is clearly better than other images.  Locations tend to be excellent little renditions.

The back of the box gives you all the relevant details.  We’ll let you know how it plays soon enough.

And look for the designer to join us on the GrogCast some time soon, too.
