Hey, if you want easily replaceable organs, this is the way to do it.

Human + Mouse - This was done years ago resulting in politicians. Many insist that prior to the combination the mouse material was contaminated by a slug.

They do, and that's why they are doing it.
They need someone to train their latest Human-Turtle hybrids to be Ninjas.
