A car chase turns into a foot chase after a suspect crashes and bails out.  A responding backup unit is waiting up ahead at the intersection.

While patrolling in the Mission Row area R/O observed four subjects with open alcohol blocking the entrance to the pharmacy.

A pat down of a publicly intoxicated subject.

The game creators have a sense of humor if you notice the last item discovered.

This is seriously cool. I'm not much of a general gamer but the GTA series seemed particularly uninteresting - why run around being as ass-hole - hard pass. But if you could run around in the chaos trying to rain it in. Cool!
Still not likely to try it but really cool that you guys are sharing - thanks.

I always found that one of the great things about the GTA series is that you do not have to run around being an "asshole" in order to get enjoyment out of the game. You can really play these games the way you want to and the world around you will react accordingly.
