Full Spectrum Warrior? Wow...they must really be scraping the bottom of the barrel over there.   :idiot2:

I thought it was awesome when it first came out, loved the team controlling mechanics.....not so sure about it making the list nowadays.

I hated it. It was more of a puzzle game than a military strategy one.

ARMA3 is not really modern at least when I played it at release. It's a guess at near future weapons, vehicles and warfare.
I did not really play or know well enough, Full Spectrum, WinSPMBT or Afghanistan 11.
I agree with all of the ones they chose which I have played though.

WinSPMBT

Just about annually I spend time thinking I am going to finally pick this up...truly shocking that I haven't yet and I have no idea why:(  Sure its an older title, but has a ton of stuff......maybe its my annual fun of mocking Shrapnel Games for their lack of serious sales for such an old title:)  Speaking of which, I do see it is $6 off right now:)  Let my over analyzing commence....

There is a free version of WinSP:MBT available. Try it and then decide if the higher resolution and other chrome bits of the paid version are worth upgrading for.

yep, been there and done that each year:)  Just usually comes down to how much the enhanced screens would further entice me.  The only thing (besides dated graphics on the included version) that really made me pause was sometimes the turns seemed very long as you watched the exchange of fire....
