You can adjust FOV with a slider in the options menu.
It's usually not just an FOV problem, but an issue with the viewpoint too.
Often seems like you're three feet tall and doing 50mph when running around. Gives me a splitting headache & nausea.
Only in many first-person games, usually with a console crossover. I don't get this crippling motion sickness in flight sims, for instance, even when throwing my TrackIR view around a lot. Probably to do with how the ground, and it's motion, is displayed in most FPS games nowadays.
