With the military cuts, that's all they can do is play. Still a very valuable tool. What say you Grogs? Shall we show them how we've been secretly preparing to save Freedom all by ourselves? Just a peek at the AAR pages would be enough to cause Russia, China, and Iran to start looking elsewhere I think.  C:-)

I have 2 concerns

The first is the institutionalizing of the process I talked about in my Tracer Rounds column a few weeks back

The second, and the subject of another article, are the bureaucratic obstructions that sound well-intentioned but serve primarily as obstructions to smaller, leaner, innovative shops that lack the litany of (largely unnecessary) IV&V processes and other hurdle-jumping.
