Upcoming turn-based sci-fi RPG with some distinctive cyberpunk sounding themes. 

Not sure if roguelike but it mentions procedural generated "dungeons", events, and equipment. 

The screenshots make me think the combat is JRPG style, which I don't mind if it doesn't actually have Japanime style art (doesn't).  Looks more like KOTOR style, maybe.
