Emoji Use Around the World
« on: April 22, 2015, 12:31:07 PM »
This study (yes, there is one) of which countries use which emojis around the world is interesting, but fairly in-depth. You'll want to read the entire thing to get the most out of the trivia here. There are a lot of interesting tidbits, but in the interest of space I'll only cite a couple here. Feel free to dig around yourself and call out some you find interesting.

Australia uses more drinking emojis than any other country.

Canada uses the most violent emojis. Germany the least.

Malaysians use fart and poop emojis at twice the average rate.

Spain uses the most party emojis.

Russians use twice as many cold weather emojis as the average.

Vietnamese use a grimmacing emoji almost four times the average.

Entire study is here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/262594751/SwiftKey-Emoji-Report#

Interesting and weird, all at the same time!

Any time is a good time for pie.

going by the porn Ive seen I really expected Germany to be the leader in poop emojis....   :idiot2:
Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Banzai Cat - There is no "partial credit" in grammar. Like anal sex. It's either in, or it's not.

Mirth - We learned long ago that they key isn't to outrun Star, it's to outrun Gus.

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Gus - Celery is vile and has no reason to exist. Like underwear on Star.

Hrmmm..

Skulls, meat, and birthday cake.  Sounds like either a good party or a really bad one.
