Is anyone playing/DM'g 13th Age?

I'm certainly curious as to the opinion of 13th Age - the "Eyes of the Stone Thief," dungeon adventure for the game looks tasty

I eye'd it a bit on my recent hunt for new RPGs but have been trying to avoid d20 systems at the moment (amongst others), wanting something fresh. 

Is the setting a somewhat typical fantasy one?  I haven't read any extensive reviews on it.

I've checked it over a couple times but I already have so many RPG systems that don't get played I never took the plunge.
