World War II Tips (from Ron)
« on: January 04, 2015, 11:53:05 PM »
Ron has kindly asked me to put up some WWIIE tips

http://sugarfreegamer.com/world-war-ii-europe-tips/

Can't seem to paste them in here with all the bullet point hierarchy in tact, but you can see it textually on my site, and I'll try an attach a PDF to this post here on Grogheads.com

Grabbed the PDF Spelk. That's for posting and to Ron for making it available. That'll be very helpful!  O0

I'm giving away all of my secrets!  Still have a few on the AI though.

WWIIE was developed as a simple game, and can be played that way.  However, as you can tell from the file there is a complex side to playing as optimally as possible.

You can say that again! I was very impressed with what's revealed about the depth of the game via those tips. When I wrap up this session of Case Blue I'm playing PBEM right now, I look forward to seriously digging into this. I'm very tempted by the North Africa and Italy scenarios, since I don't have many other games that represent those.
