A couple of new Vids. Seems he changed engine so it set him back abit. However it's looking fine at the moment. From the recent newsletter..

"Hi all,

It's been quite some time since the last update, so I thought I'd drop in to bring you up to speed. During the interim RogSys changed engines from Nuclear Fusion to Leadwerks 3.3. This change caused a two-month delay in the schedule which I'm still recovering from.

After the switch it took some time to get all the core systems back up and running, beginning with the revised ship systems. Being able to un-dock from the station and enter free-flight was the first big milestone in getting things moving forward again. The next was getting comms, weapons and navigation working beyond the prototype versions.

Most recently, I spent some time getting space to start looking pretty again. You can see a couple vids of this preliminary work here:

I'm now moving on to mission scripting, and from there getting the combat AI up and running again. As it stands, things seem to be on-track for the first Alpha release early in the coming year.

I have to say, this is the game I'm really pulling for.  DCS level detail in space would be awesome.

wow. Between this, Star Citizen and Elite:Dangerous, it's been a very long time since space simming has never been so rich (and beautiful).

The dev behind Star Citizen was behind Wing Commander? I'm definitely in.
