I've not been terribly interested in der Viggen.  But I may finally pick up the F-5E.

May as well get the other side of the Cold War server(s).  I really dislike joining the side that has more players, when doing DCS 'Air Quake', because I don't own the fighter for the other side.

Jotun is free for a limited time over on GOG (normally $14.99).

IronX

Il-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow is on sale with 40% off until August 7.

Greybriar

Brothers is on sale at GOG.com for $2.99 U.S. That's an 80% price reduction.
Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

^^ Love the game, but be aware that the tutorial is kind of broken; it's easy to zig instead of zag and be unable to complete a mission thus unable to progress. THE ACTUAL MISSIONS ARE NOT LIKE THIS! -- just the tutorials (some of them).

Which is too bad, because the tutorials are not only helpful, but have been crafted to kinda-sorta fit into the history of the campaign.
ICEBREAKER THESIS CHRONOLOGY! -- Victor Suvorov's Stalin Grand Strategy theory, in lots and lots of chronological order...
Dawn of Armageddon -- narrative AAR for Dawn of War: Soulstorm: Ultimate Apocalypse
Survive Harder! -- Two season narrative AAR, an Amazon Blood Bowl career.
PanzOrc Corpz Generals -- Fantasy Wars narrative AAR, half a combined campaign.
Khazâd du-bekâr! -- narrative dwarf AAR for LotR BfME2 RotWK campaign.
RobO Q Campaign Generator -- archived classic CMBB/CMAK tool!

+1  Great game with a wide range of options running from total micro-management to sit back and watch the game  play itself!  And everything in between.

I saw Darklands is on sale on Steam for $1.74.

It's pretty old school, but I actually quite enjoy it.

I've tried it a few times. The character creation process alone is a lot of fun, though I never know when to stop.

Darklands may be my all-time favorite game, right up there with Dusk of the Gods and the first Jagged Alliance.

It's painful to look at now, but back in the day I must have logged in hundreds of hours.

The game (and the patching of the game) is rumored to be one of the things behind the demise of Microprose.
