I am always amazed at how many times we have dodged the nuclear bullet Able Archer 83 Black Brant 91 Petrov and the false alarm in 83.  Somewhere we are going to run out of luck or someone with the intestinal fortitude to say no when everyone else is screaming yes.  Something to think about with our current White house resident
