The Rite-Aid Drugstore Chain has been playing loud Barry Manilow "hits" outside of stores plagued by Bums (WSJ 6/28).
The "Mandy Missile" is the go to weapon for particularly stubborn bums.
Our City Hall park/gardens plays classical music.... don't know if it works or not. Several people I know claims it does.
