Troubling unistalling

Running Windows 10. Havent had any trouble  with it until now but I was trying to uninstall a game so I could get the new version installed (playtest for new JTS release) and I lkeep getting the message that some other program is installing and I  cant uninstall now. Tried numerous reboots but havent worked. Anyone have an idea before I'm forced to seek help from Microsoft.

Yes. Managed to get it done finally after a few more reboots
