Mission Summary :
From HVOC 6: Good morning or should I say it's too early to deal with this. After yesterdays surprise airborne and mechanized assault by Russian forces, we are still conducting hasty recovery operations. We lost some good crews from three of our Bradley's including the XO, a 113 Engineer vehicle, and a Bradley Engineer vehicle. Not to mention the Squadron command team was ambushed on their way back to the HQ. We also sustained a lot of personnel casualties, and vehicle equipment damage. Current strength of the Troop is four tanks including the CO, one from second, and two from fourth platoon. Bradley platoons are showing both first and second having four operational at this time. Replacement vehicles, crews, and equipment have been ongoing, and will be finished soon. Make sure you check back with the UMCP to take control of units as they become available. We have been augmented by the Greeks with a company minus of infantry, and a platoon of STRV's which are in route. They will anchor at the river and hold as long as they can to the East of St. Joseph. We have been tasked to hold the town of St. Joseph, the school complex to the South, and if possible take a possible short strip airfield to the East Obj. Stone. An hour ago I received word that a combined force of Albanian/Serbian, Romanian/Ukrainian, and Russian forces are pushing southwest to take the town of St. Joseph. Enemy strength is estimated at battalion size. It is probable that they know what our current force strength is, and wish to exploit our current low numbers, and small force size. It is our job to hold the line, and destroy the enemy to our front. We cannot allow any enemy forces to make it inside of the town of ST. Joseph. Expect to see T model tanks ranging from T55-T90, BMP 1-3, BRDM, BRDM-AT, and infantry depending on what forces you are currently facing. We will be greatly outnumbered! Make sure you make your shots count. Get your men ready, and prepare for one hell of a battle!!! MOVE OUT!!!

Excerpts of the battalion commander's (HVAOC 6) orders for...BLUEFOR (D.O.W.)

1) SITUATION:

a) Enemy:
   A multinational force of Serbian and Albanian, Romanian and Ukrainian, and Russian mechanized forces are currently attacking south to destroy NATO forces, and secure the strategic area of St. Joseph after failing to do so yesterday.


b) Own:
                     4-7 CAV DOW Troop on loan to Greece from NATO defends the town of ST. Joseph to the east, from enemy forces to the east and north east.

c) Attachments and detachments:

                    Motors, Fires, and Support elements internal. Greek infantry, and platoon of STRV's. STRV platoon is at your command.


2) MISSION:

DOW Troop 4-7 CAV with attachments conducts hasty defense east of St. Joseph to destroy attacking forces, and counter attack if possible to objective Stone. 


3) EXECUTION:

Hold the town of St. Joseph to the east, and counter attack if possible to objective Stone. 

Intent: DOW 4-7 CAV defend East of the town of St. Joseph, destroy all enemy forces, and counter attack when possible securing objective Stone.

So I'm downloaded 3.025 and my Anti Virus is preventing me from it. 
I reported this to my Antivirus company.  Let's see if they fix it.  If not, then no upgrading for me.
Seems to be a common problem and wonder why eSim doesn't want to pro-actively fix it.

Edit: I just turn off antivirus and ran the installer.  >:(

Some people have to disable their anti-virus programme due to file "SBProPE3_025.part1" not downloading. The anti-virus programme might block it. This is a false positive.

This will be a two part mission with a save in progress.

Mission Summary :
From HVOC 6: Ok Troop! Alpha troop was reduced quit a bit in the two phases they engaged in. A Greek infantry battalion minus has moved in to the town of St. Joseph to deter the enemy from moving on the town will additional forces could arrive. During the last phase of the enemy attack, they moved in a infantry battalion and a mechanized armor company to the south. They have taken the town and university of Thessonalinki. There are three bridges, a railway station, the airport, and the town and university under their control. Bravo troop with additional mechanized infantry platoons is tasked with moving south clearing out the infantry in the city, securing the airport and railway station, the three bridge locations with blocking positions, and setting up a screen line to the east north east. Bravo troop will move south clearing the university, and then the city proper. I suggest the mechanized forces take on the task of clearing the infantry, and the use of our armor to move in and deal with any armor threats that the IFV's need help with. This will be a slow and methodical operation, and you can expect losses to infantry and IFV's. Maintain as much of your forces as possible. If we are not able to clear and hold the southern flank, we will not be able to get the needed supplies from the logistical locations, and the enemy is sure to act on it and attack.

b) Own:
                     4-7CAV DOW Troop on loan to Greece from NATO with two additional mechanized infantry platoons, attacks and clears the university and town of Thessolaniki, secures the bridge locations, the airport, and railway station to the south and east. 

c) Attachments and detachments:

                    Motors, Fires, and Support elements internal. Greek infantry, defending St. Joseph, one platoon 1H of CV-90/30 Fin, and 2H one platoon of M2A2ODS (under your command).  Reinforcements if needed 1 platoon Leo 2A5A2-DK, and 1 platoon CV-90/40-C. -200 points.


2) MISSION:

DOW Troop 4-7CAV with attachments will attack south then east clearing the town of Thessolaniki, and the university, secure bridges 1-3, the airport, and the railway station. Once each bridge is secure we will setup blocking positions on them, and once all objectives are complete, we will setup a screen line to the east and north.   


3) EXECUTION:

Clear the University of Macedonia and the town of Thessolaniki, secure the bridges, airport, and railway station. Setup blocking positions at the bridges, and deploy to screen to the east and north. 

Intent: DOW 4-7CAV with attachments will clear south into the town, turn east to the airport. We will secure the bridges and setup blocking positions as we move east. We will secure the airport and railway station, and then deploy in screen to the east and north.

We have players from all over the world take part. This is a truly global and inclusive session. Most of the missions are custom made. The emphasis is on immersion as well as fun.

Mission Summary :
Company TF moves to secure an objective. Attack through obstacle area, and defeat enemy forces from phase line to phase line, and securing the airport, using the triggers along the way.
M1A2SEP, Leo2A5, M2A2, Engineer bradleys, and support units. Repair area along the way. Enemy in BMPs, T72s, and T80s. Over one hour in length, and minimum commanders 1, preferred 4 or more.

   Enemy consisting of spread out units from a motorized rifle brigade, and is currently reconsolidating and preparing to attack. Units are spread out along the avenue of attack, and will counter attack once units are available.
   Units consist of approximate battalion level plus if they counter attack consisting of T72 to T90, and BMP2/3s.


b) Own:
                     TF Cougar consisting of a platoon of M1A2SEP, Leo2A5A2-DK, M2A2, M2A2ODS Eng., M113A3Eng. with miclic, and support units. Reduced units to the left, right and rear.
   

c) Attachments and detachments:

                    Engineers with MICLIC, Supply, medic, and Repair.


2) MISSION:

TF Cougar attacks in sector to secure forward airfield, and defeat enemy in sector. TF Cougar will hold the objective at all costs.   


3) EXECUTION:

Intent: Breach any obstacles, attack to destroy enemy along attack route, and hold Objective Airfield at all costs.

DOW Chinook Rescue V1

Mission summary:
There is a friendly Chinook down to the North. Combat team DOW must secure and extract the members of the helicopter back to the FOB. Enemy US mechanized armor battalion is moving in to seize the FOB, and capture the helicopter crash site. Time is not on your side, and you are out numbered. Defend well and hurry. They are on the way!!

SITUATION:
   a) Enemy:
   US Army Battalion – consisting of M1A2, M3A2, and M2A2 platoons, is moving to capture the survivors of our helicopter crash, and seize our forward operating base at the coast. The enemy has artillery and air support.

   b) Own:
   DOW combat team consisting of 2 platoons of challenger 2, 3 platoons of Leo 2A5A2-DK, 1 platoon of Leo 2E, and 2 platoons of CV90/30-FI with support units is set at the forward operating base, and is tasked with its defense, and the rescue of the downed helicopter.

   c) Attachments and detachments: 2 troop trucks to pick up helicopter members.

MISSION:
Combat team DOW will move to hasty defensive positions to repel enemy forces, and secure the downed helicopter crew, end extract them to the forward operating base.

EXECUTION:

Intent: Combat team DOW must defend the FOB, rescue the downed helicopter members, and extract them to the FOB.

   a) Concept of Operation:

Mission Summary :

Combined TF of M1A2, M2A2, 1025, and support units scout, breach, bridge, secure 3 bridges, attack, secure objective, and defend the objective. Length of time 2-3 Hours depending on execution.

We have done this mission in the past. It has been awhile, and it has a new twist. The task force is going against a German opposing force consisting of Ulan PCs, and Leo Tanks. Not much is the same from before, so do not fall into the mission execution from previous attempts.

Mission Summary :
From HVOC 6: Listen up!! Intel was just received that the Russian and allied forces are making a large push in our area to retake the area. They most likely believe we are weakened in this area over the last three engagements. That would be true of just our Squadron. NATO forces are in route. NATO forces have given us two platoons of infantry mounted in trucks, and a newly formed Company of tanks and IFVs. They will arrive shortly, but will be short on fuel and ammo as they did not have time to pick up supplies. The Russian forces are pushing with two battalions from their reserve combat team. We believe they are pushing a recon element of BRDM's ahead of the main forces. You should expect to see a strong counter recon force consisting of IFV, AT, and Tanks. After that the advanced guard, and main body of the attack. It is unknown at this time if they are going for the town of Thessaloniki, St. Joseph, or both. 4-7 CAV DOW Combined Arms Battalion minus will recon in force to the Northeast to destroy enemy recon and counter recon forces denying them freedom of movement, and advanced intelligence on our forces. It is unknown at this time if they are going for the town of Thessaloniki, St. Joseph, or both.

Then defend the BCT area of St. Joseph, Thossaloniki, and the University of Macedonia.

                   NATO forces have given us two platoons of infantry mounted in trucks, and a newly formed Company of tanks and IFVs.
