A few years ago I downloaded a free virtual tabletop system that can host no-AI games that recreates hundreds of classic tabletop wargames. There are hundreds of rule sets, boards and counters of converted games to download.
For the life of me, I can't remember what it was called. Can anyone help? Thanks.

That's the one! Thank you Yskonyn!.
I've recently obtained my old rules for GDW's Third World War series and wanted to set a game up. FYI there's a Designer Signature Edition on it;s was next year by Compass games.
