As of right now (11:58 US EST 4/14/18) a search on Fanatical for 'Slitherine' does indeed show some big price cuts:

Now that makes sense - while Steam isn't having a Slitherine sale, Fanatical is selling discounted codes that you can activate on Steam.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope Fanatical updates their Slitherine catalog. They've done some excellent bundles and sales in the past.
Fanatical is legit. I bought the Talisman series of games in heavily discounted bundles a month ago.
Thanks for the heads-up, Dave, but the title of this thread should be changed. Instead of "Steam Having Slitherine Sale" it should read "Fanatical Having Slitherine Sale (https://www.fanatical.com/en/publishers/slitherine-ltd.).
For those that aren't aware of it, Fanatical is the new name for Bundle Stars. I have purchased from them in the past without any problem and consider them to be legitimate.
But I won't buy Slitherine or Matrix games from a source if I cannot register those games at Matrix / Slitherine.
I just bought Pillars of Eternity 2 from Fanatical for 21% off. Steam key worked and game installed. Just waiting for release May 8th. At my age though, that morning I'll forget and be pissed-off at, 'what the hell is Steam doing now'? :2funny:

Fanatical sent me an E-Mail with a code to put in for the 21% off. Turns out the game was 14% off at their site already and the code just added another 7% but WTF, I'll take it. They send me about an offer a day but I haven't bought anything form them since Rome 2 I believe.
