might soon be a reality

I'm all for it.
I'm hoping that app will be made obsolete by self driving cars, which would be infinitely better.
It looks like the app will make it easier to implement self driving cars. Right now, they're a little too dependent on humans behaving as if they have a brain. The data compiled by the app can teach the cars that many of us don't.
Will
1984 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nineteen_Eighty-Four) soon be upon us? :-\
I've been wanting to catch the dumbasses down here on camera and put it on YouTube. But I've been fearing legal ramifications...it's somewhat nebulous whether or not it's legal to post other people's license plates.
I mean, I can drive FIVE damn minutes down the road and spot at least 10 dumbasses in that space of time.
Is there a way to post vids under an anonymous account?
Block out the licenses/numbers. There's 1 trillion 'bad driver' vids on YouTube.
