Just returned home from the morning service - 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.  One hundred years after the end of the great war.  Conscious of the sacrifice 100 years ago and the sacrifice of all military and law enforcement personnel in every subsequent conflict till today.  The terrorist attack in Melbourne yesterday just reinforces the ongoing debt we owe all of you.

To veterans, current servicing men and women everywhere that stand guard and are prepared to risk it all so that we can go about our lives and sleep well at night - we owe you a debt that can never fully be repaid.  Good bless all of you and your families.

Sir Slash

Thank you all who served so I could sit at home on my narrow ass and try unsuccessfully to score with the girlfriends you all left behind. That's about as far as my thinking went back then. We owe you all for all we hold dear.
"Take a look at that". Sgt. Wilkerson-- CMBN. His last words after spotting a German tank on the other side of a hedgerow.
