Is it elegant to play or a nightmare of micromanagement. Just looking from the outside, it seems there is a big danger of getting sucked into the micromanagement and not being able to deal with multiple threats/control of attacks? Have I got that wrong?

ive watched youtubers play through the campaign and it doesnt seem that micro heavy. there are resources on the map to collect so just making sure you got collectors working and protected seemed to be the most micro they did
