Can we go back and re-do the vote? I want to vote for T2 twenty or thirty times over Star Trek VI.

You better save those votes because now T2 is up against The Rocketeer. I never saw it but it I think it's about a guy who sells fireworks. Or the first guy to become a Rockette. Either way I'm sure it's great!

"There's a horror movie called Alien? That's really offensive. No wonder everyone keeps invading you!"

Well I get on this morning and find 2 pages of feedback...so I figure it's feedback addressing my question...just imagine my surprise when it's not. :)

Eh, it's no biggie. I played around with one of my lists (1982) and changed the ranking according to box office intake, but did not change my choices. I can see how this makes things more interesting - some of the matchups aren't half bad, but some are obvious in their outcome, too. Who knows, you guys might surprise in your voting.

I found it's more difficult to find box office returns for movies in the 70s - at least some of them, anyway. And I was somewhat surprised to find some of my choices were not actually released in theaters (e.g. Brian's Song was a damn Movie of the Week on ABC, lol - I haven't seen it in a very very long time and remember it being on TV but I always thought it was in theaters first). If I can find relatively reliable info for each of my choices, I might do this moving forward.
