QuoteNapoleon's Options is a new series of solitaire and 2-player mini games by Dana Lombardy, designer of the award-winning Streets of Stalingrad (three editions since 1979), and publisher of Napoleon Journal from 1996-2000.

The first of these games is about Waterloo, in tribute of the 200th anniversary of the battle.

Each game focuses on Napoleon's command decision options, particularly with his Imperial Guard units. The games in the series are designed to play quickly – only 33 1-inch square playing pieces and less than ten turns – but still provide a range of historical possibilities such as variable orders-of-battle and alternate arrival times for reinforcements, plus random events and hidden markers to simulate the "fog of war."
