Anyone else having problems connecting with Steam discussions and store right now? It seems to be down for me.

I wasn't sure where to put this thread so please move if there is a better forum.

I just connected to both the Steam store and discussions with no problem. Maybe a regional thing?

No such luck. When I restarted Steam it won't even connect. I think something is trying to save me a few bucks.
