You can try my falkland game for peoples General, it contains all important battles. www.peoplesgeneral.de
Ist Freeware and works as standalone.
But the best is John tillers Falkland-game.

If you want to play harpoon, then you have to deal with Herman the Hun. I was part of that fiasco perhaps 20 years ago. Ranks right up there with Derek Smartt.
