The latest statement and apology is good but it took a long time to get to this point with a ton of really bad missteps.

Gets stranger, I bought my copy from fanatical and today I did receive my refund notice....instead of partial, it was for the entire cost.  Not sure if they are revoking the keys for these and then people who still want the game would repurchase the game at the cheaper price or really is complete refund and keep the game.  No information was provided besides the notice of the refund so I guess we will see.
