I would say the first Gulf War was a 'good' war back in 1991-92 was it? The only thing bad about it was it wasn't fought to a real conclusion but I understand the reasons for that. A bad peace? Plenty. How about the 'peace' we currently have with Iran and the Norks? There's a fine line between peace and surrender.
