A Phoeonix City, Alabama Chiropractor lost his license to practice and was convicted of fraud for falsely certifying individuals were fit to drive big trucks. The cherry on top of the sundae was his certifying that a man had "20-20 vision in both eyes" when one was a prosthetic.
Tractor-Trailer truck drivers must get an annual exam to prove that they are healthy enough to drive a big rig.

Chiropractors are not MDs and should not be certifying anybody for anything.
That's one chiropractor who won't be able to twist somebody's arm to get out it. :DD
