Win10 Profile Problem

My wife keeps getting forced into a 'temporary profile' on her Win 10 machine.  All the steps she's tried online have failed so far.

Just trying to get her able to log in with a real profile so she can start setting it up for work and get ready for whatever new job she ends up landing.

Thoughts?

Switch to Win 7.

Not an option.  I don't have a copy of it and it came pre-installed on the machine.
