What's The Name of the Virtual Tabletop Game?

A few years ago I downloaded a free virtual tabletop system that can host no-AI games that recreates hundreds of classic tabletop wargames. There are hundreds of rule sets, boards and counters of converted games to download.

For the life of me, I can't remember what it was called. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I've recently obtained my old rules for GDW's Third World War series and wanted to set a game up. FYI there's a Designer Signature Edition on it;s was next year by Compass games.
