Battle Academy...grabbed the freebie offer.

I too am in a slump, aside from Emperor ROTMK, that's been it. I might grab Polaris Sector.

Aside from working this weekend but home by noon in both cases, that's it.

Yet another bloke here in the midst of a slump; I haven't felt like playing much of anything these last few days.  (Maybe some Warhammer TW or BOTF if I can muster the energy for it?  I dunno.)  It's probably just as well that I'm early on into a ten-day stretch at work, and will be subsequently too occupied to have much time for gaming this weekend.  :-\

Sir Slash

I'm mightily tempted by "Hannibal: The Terror of Rome" DLC for Alea Jacta Est for $10. But with my current game of Ceasar vs Pompey still 70+ turns from ending, I don't know when I'd the time to play it.  :pullhair:

same here. I keep prodding things with the toe of my armoured sandal, but nothing really grabs me. I'm spending more time playing board wargames either solo or on Vassal.

So many rules broken in the OP that I think this whole thread needs to be closed and restarted.  ;)

What and how much I play this weekend is going to depend on how I feel. Been fighting off The Plague 2017 Part 3 for the last two weeks now. Getting better but still not close to feeling 100% better. There will definitely be some CMANO and Ghost Recon Wildlands. Probably be some World of Warcraft dungeons and some World of Warships with some friends. Have SP game of Stellaris I'm probably going to throw out with a major patch/DLC just a few weeks away but MP might a possibility depending on TheHisoticalGamer's schedule.

Given how I've been lately, I'm just as likely to not touch anything above and play something not on my radar at the moment.

Stellaris, CMANO and CKII are all possibilities!

You & I both, MD.

I've only gamed on a computer twice in the past month.  Last was over two weeks ago.  Still no urge.

It's a long hiatus!

Had that breather over the last several weeks.  Now in the mood.   ::)Rome II Emp Edition has been a drug this last week...Roman legions are focusing on destroying barbarians, while keeping a weather eye on Persians...they are stirring up a storm and approaching Greece.  And up for some World of Warships later in the evenings....the German Roon and Bismarck..US Iowa...and all the Tier IX/X "save my ship" crap that comes with 'em........ ::)

I reckon I'm going to split my time between Morrowind and Total War: Rome 2 Greek campaign.

If neither of those scratches the itch, then it will be back to the old standbys of CK2 and Scourge of War: Gettysburg.

All excellent, satisfying choices.

Digitally, I am in a bit of a slump.  I don't really feel like playing much of anything.

Inspired by Airboy's AARs, I picked up Order of Battle: Pacific Pack from Steam's sale.

Can't go wrong with 46 missions for $21.80.

Have you picked up any of Sy Turney's Marius Mules books? He began by self publishing books based on Gallic Wars but with people around Caesar as main protagonist. He picked a publisher a while ago, but many of the Kindle books are from a couple of bucks to five bucks at Amazon. Highly recommended for some light reading. He's about to deliver his tenth book to the series, it's been a fun travel with him.

Mules I is just 1.23, give it a try  :nerd:

They look interesting, might break my spell of not reading fiction for them. The price is particularly alluring....
