My current Stellaris campaign has just gone off the rails because I opened an L-gate too early and let the horrors out! I'm really liking all the changes with the new DLC.
More playing and learning Armageddon War on the table. Very cool combat system.
Busy weekend with both kids birthdays, graduation party, and fathers day.
I picked up Der Weltkrieg The Grand Campaign at Origins yesterday, so I'll be reading those rules.
Will continue my PBEM game of Space Empire V.

I'm going to have a go at the campaign in Sorcerer King Rivals as although I've had it since launch I've never really got round to playing it properly and just picked up Ogre so some of that as well.
Yardwork and boning up on Microstation and when I'm not otherwise engaged, the various World of ... games have my attention currently.
Oh, and I need to cast about for another beater ride as my poor, old 240 was laid low by a relative who apparently couldn't understand the temp gauge on the dash. Ugh.

Thanks. I added that to my wishlist. Not sure I'll get much out of it, but my son will be sold if you can drive a combine in a demolition derby.

Yeah. Picked it up as the body was straight and the interior, motor and transmission was good. Paint was utter ass, but I was planning on getting that taken care of this year. Was going to be my fat, old man ride.
Had family drama and the car went to the relative who admittedly needed something to drive - she just didn't do stuff like check fluids, etc. I warned them that it was a 30 year old car and to take it easy and...boom goes the engine. Repairs now will alone top the amount I paid for her, and I just can't stomach that.

Well i just found out Floggy Molly and Dropkick Murphys are playing in Asbury Sunday so I might try to snag a ticket to that.
I'll be playing Oriental Empires. Probably play some Table Top Simulator using the Path's of Glory module. That is a neat WWI board game.
Anybody want to play Paths of Glory with me on TTS? I don't like vassal but I will do Zun Tzu if TTS is not your thing.

My wife's family have owned Volvos for 40+ years. When I was first dating her (20+ years ago) she got lost on a hike and her parents gave me the keys to their then old Volvo 240 wagon to go rescue her with. It is probably the closest I will ever get to driving an actual tank.
My father in law still drives his red 1991 Volvo 740 sedan. It smells like old man and old dog but the damn thing refuses to die... don't know what he would replace it with anyway.
I must be strong and hope that Wreckfest goes on sale.

So after seeing the mention of Wreckfest in this thread I decide to check out the previews. The game has my 9 year old son's name written all over it so I call him over to the computer and The conversation goes like this:
Dad: "I've got a game that you need to save your money for."
Son (While watching the trailer on Steam): "That's pretty cool but why do I need to save my money?"
Dad: "Because it's $45 and if you want it you'll have to save for it."
Son: "Why can't I just play it on your account?"
Dad: "Huh?"
Son (Pointing at the screen): "You already own it."
Dad: "I don't think so. It just came out."
Son (Pointing at the screen again): Yep, right there. I'll just use your account. Thanks Dad! Now when can I have the computer?"
Apparently I bought this game in 2015, (Greenlight? Kickstarter?) and forgot all about it. I can't imagine I paid $45 for it.

I've had these too. They suck, but the whole point is to try and sleep. I think they even say no electronic devices after 2100, or something.
I did man. For the last two hours before I went to sleep I studied Korean. The room was too bright, the covers weird, every probe in every place.
It was autistic overstimulated hell
