Have no doubt that the wood is available to keep renovating the ship.  But have to wonder about the experienced shipwrights and carpenters needed.

I am a member of the Constitution museum and they have no shortage of volunteers who are all master carpenters and shipwrights.  After all where else can you actually work on an actual living tall ship to practice those skills.  There are a lot of small specialist boat builders along the east coast and most of them would give their left nut to be able to work with these types of large rare woods on the Constitution.
