Drunk/stoned issues aside, I was considering going back and fixing the spelling of Todd Rundgren's name but got caught up in other things. I saw him at Toad's Place some time in the early 80's.

As much as I like them, I never did get to see Echo & the bunny Men. Md wins.

I also saw the Ramones many times. At least 4 or 5.

... this will go down on your permanent record... -the Violent Femmes, 'Kiss Off'-

I got my time machine, got my 'electronic dream!"
-Sonic Reducer, -Dead Boys

Toad's Place...legendary venue. The Wife and I used to eat there when she was going to school in New Haven (1998-2000). At the time I had no idea how many bands had played there.

I've done pretty well over the years. Top of my musical bucket list at the moment = Robert Plant

Pink Floyd
Roger Waters
ZZ Top
Aerosmith
Rolling stones
Styx
Foreigner (with lou gramm)
Rush
Peter Gabriel
Collective Soul (x4  :)

MetalDog

Roger Waters is my guess.  And I saw Plant twice.  Good times.

Weirdest mosh pit song I've ever seen was May The Circle Be Unbroken at a punk show in Atlanta.

airboy

OK - Here are 10 mainstream bands.  My wife and I have seen all of them but one.  Decided to do it this way rather than listing the Big Bands we have seen, the punk bands we have seen, or the really obscure bands we have seen (OK, that overlaps with a lot of the punk bands).

Stone Temple Pilots
Buster Poindexter
Elvis Costello & the Attractions
Yes
Cake
Tonic
Talking Heads
INXS
Foo Fighters
Blondie

Gusington

Good Lord...have you actually seen Buster Poindexter live?

Yep - Buster Poindexter was the middle act for somebody.  Pat Benatar maybe?  Buster was actually pretty good live.  I think he played some of his David Johanson stuff also.

Gusington

I have no words, other than I had the same haircut as Buster around 1990. Chicks dug it.
