This thread reminded me I had Vietnam '65 in my steam library and I'd only played part of the tutorial without giving much of a chance. I started a proper game last night and I thought it was great. You really appreciate how different COIN operations are to other military ops.

They're already working on planning games beyond this and the Vietnam '66 upgrade/sequel/remake.

One set of which involves African wars in the late 19th century. (Zulus, Boers, etc.)
