I played DG as the Russians and had pretty good luck with running the fastest cruiser, the Askold I think, through Japanese waters tearing up their merchant ships and then outrunning the pursuit if I remember correctly. Don't know if the AI Russkies are that smart though.

I've been wondering how realistic that is!  The gun is almost as long as my character is tall!

Yeah I don't think I should go near any more boats.

It's mainly third person, with of course a switch to first person for iron sights.

Kind of.  You can craft different types of rations to boost healing and your stats etc, but if you play on anything less than extreme difficulty, it isn't necessary to do so at all.  I strongly suspect Ubisoft had a very late-stage change of plans for the game; I think it was going to be a hardcore survival simulation but at some point, presumably based on feedback, they ditched that and Breakpoint became a lot more like Wildlands.
