WTF?
Pardoning Edward Snowden would have made more sense. Say what you will about Snowden but at least he thought he was doing it all for the greater good while having quite a lot to lose. The big takeaway I get from Manning is that (s)he was trying to get even with the World for getting picked on.

Don't know that Snowden would have made more sense. That dude ran to Russia and released information that had nothing to do with "the greater good".

Transferred to the Marines to feel more like a woman? Can't wait to hear what Jarhead has to say about this little gem. This is what I get out of bed in the morning for.  :clap:  I'm sure the Marines can manage the change from man to woman for him without a lot of red tape. Red bandages however.....

I did. Twice. I don't see any contradiction in my post. If Chel-Brad wants to become more female-oriented, then the Marines are perfect for identifying and prioritizing gender choices, as was pointed-out in the article. I'm sure the whole 'National Betrayal' thing won't interfere with their choices of method.
