Incoming to early access. Looks promising.

'A Turn-based Strategy game in a futuristic global cold war from the award-winning creators of Out There. Recruit a squad of special agents and run your intel agency to secure the control of the singularity. '

It's an interesting game, but currently in a very rough shape (which is why you can't even buy it via Steam).

However the setting of the game comes out a bit silly at times, especially since the gameplay ends up focusing on stealing scientists from other nations while preventing them from doing the same to you.
