So here's your 1981 Elite Eight...Stripes was promoted well past Evil Dead, Clash titanically dominated Knightriders, Raiders barely sunk Das Boot, Outland ran past Chariots, Time Bandits shorted Cannonball Run, Escape crushed Heavy Metal, and Mad Max 2 roared right by Excalibur. These were not easy choices for me, and from Barth's post calling me a 'right basturd,' I assume you all had fun with that Sweet 16. :)
