For the most part I think M. Night's gotten full of himself and made some really really bad movies...
But this has my interest...
whoa
Intriguing. Looks good.
The twist is that M. Night Shamalmadingong is possibly making a good movie.
Well, everyone is entitled to one good idea every decade or so.
Looks good. It's a direct sequel (?) to Unbreakable?
That and 'Split'
"Split" was really, really good :bd:
Never saw Split...
Me either. I seemed to recall liking Unbreakable. I'll guess I'll have to watch Split.
I enjoyed Unbreakable but only watched it that one time.
What the heck is Split? ???

It's a wiki article so... spoilers.
QuoteSplit is a 2016 American psychological horror film written, co-produced and directed by M. Night Shyamalan[3] and starring James McAvoy, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Betty Buckley. The film follows a man with 23 different personalities who kidnaps and imprisons three teenage girls in an isolated underground facility. ...
... The film is a stand-alone sequel to the 2000 film Unbreakable, which was also written, produced, and directed by Shyamalan, and is the second installment in what has been referred to as the Eastrail 177 trilogy and the Unbreakable series. The film was not marketed as a sequel. The final part of the trilogy, titled Glass, is scheduled to be released in 2019, and will combine the casts and characters of both previous films.
That character from Split and now in the new film looked like the most interesting one to me, to be honest.
Just watched Split. Wasn't nearly as good as Unbreakable. I do want to see Glass now.

I agree but as far as Shamalan's movies are concerned I feel these three at the best
Am I the only one here that liked 'Signs'? :(
Haven't seen it.

I liked some things about Signs. It was ok.
I liked Unbreakable but it was a bit slow.
This does seem good, makes me want to watch Split.
I didn't hate Signs with the energy of 1000 suns like I did women of his other movies.
The trailers for Devil looked good but I still have not seen that.
Hope it does not suck.

Signs is under-rated, yep.
I'll even go so far as to say I regard
The Village as a guilty pleasure. I don't own it, but I've watched it several times.
I'm actually less of a fan of
Unbreakable than of those two films! -- mostly due to pacing, I think, and delivery.
